The Cranky Catholic: Jean Pouliot holds an M.A. in Ministry from Saint John's Seminary and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. A lifelong Catholic with 13 years of pre-collegiate Catholic education, he lives near Boston with his wife of 30+ years, and is a proud dad to two awesome sons. He serves on the board, directs the choir and is a weekly communicant at his Catholic community. He is a faith-and-justice Catholic who is proud of his Franco-American heritage and his ability to speak Canadian French. Jean has traveled to Rome, Assisi, Paris, London, Cape Town, the Netherlands, Brussels, all over the US. and (of course) Québec province. He is in awe of the documents of the Second Vatican Council, the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. He values truth above tribe and is not afraid to speak truth to power.
